Payment due at the end of the service. - POLICIES - Please read carefully before booking. You are agreeing to my terms and policies when you book your appointment. - PRE APPOINTMENT - In order to provide the best service possible, I kindly request that clients send inspiration photos prior to their appointment, and at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the appointment not being accepted. Please do not bring any extra guests unless discussed with me beforehand. - NO SHOWS - Failure to show once will result in a 75% service charge on the card. Second no-show will be charged 100% and you will be banned from making any other future appointments. - DEPOSITS - All bookings require a $20 non-refundable deposit to secure clients desired date and time. Deposits are deducted from the overall price of the service and the difference must be paid in cash or card. - LATE POLICY - There will be a 10 minute grace period and after that a $15 late fee will be added onto your service. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled or cancelled with a no show cancellation fee of 75%/100% of whatever service was booked. If you are experiencing trouble arriving to your appointment, please notify me beforehand. - CANCELLATIONS - If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment that will result in you losing your deposit and you will be charged 75% of whatever service was booked. Cancelling on the same day will result in you being charged 100% of whatever service was booked. - SQUEEZE IN FEE - *if available* $50 early morning and late night appointments. (before 8 am and after 6 pm) $25 add on for same day appointments/ appointments booked the day before. - SOAK OFFS - I do not soak off nails that were done outside of Faness salon. Please come to your appointment with bare nails/ nails done at faness. - SERVICE CHANGE - Please contact me if you need to make any changes to your service, DO NOT cancel and rebook.
