Cancellation Policy

READ BEFORE BOOKING - Clients must be 18+ - I do not soak off any nails that were done outside of Faness. - All bookings require a $20 non-refundable deposit to secure clients desired date and time. Deposits are deducted from the overall price of the service and the difference must be paid in cash, card or Venmo. - All nail art prices are subject to change depending on level of difficulty. - Please make sure to book your appointments correctly (adding in soak offs/ correct art tier) as I have a certain amount of time allotted for each service. Failing to do so may result in a rescheduled appointment or a set with a less intricate design. - Please send inspo photos 48 hours before your appointment if you want an exact replica of your inspo photo, otherwise I cannot guarantee that I will have all the supplies on hand to complete your set exactly how you’d like. - Failure to show once will result in a 100% service charge on the card. Second no-show will also be charged 100% and you will be banned from making any other future appointments. - There will be a 10 minute grace period and after that a $15 late fee will be added onto your service. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled or cancelled with a no show cancellation fee of 100% of whatever service was booked. - If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment, that will result in you losing your deposit and you will be charged 50% of whatever service was booked. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in you being charged 100% of whatever service was booked. You may only cancel your appointment through my website or by texting my phone number directly. - All fees will be charged to the card on file. - Please contact me if you need to make any changes to your service, DO NOT cancel and rebook. - If you have any other questions please feel free to message me!
